Coppermoon’s philosophy on nourishment goes well beyond food. What nourishes you in your life, your relationships, career, spirituality, hobbies, home life? Coppermoon helps you look at all of the things in your life that nourish you as well as those that deplete you to help you create the most nourishing environment for YOU.
All clients of Coppermoon begin here. 5 Days to reset your system, your mindset, sleep, digestion, etc. This will set the stage for moving into the bigger, ‘meatier' programs offered as committing and staying with a 5 day program will give you the confidence to move into a more in-depth program from a more aligned state of being. Coppermoon’s 5 Day Reset is offered quarterly, with seasonal recipes encouraging you to eat fresh and what is in season. You have the option to do this 4 times a year or when joining Rising Beyond, you will receive two resets as part of your program.
Coppermoon Reset Program
Coppermoon’s Reset program provides you with a complete meal plan, recipes, shopping list and support from me to help you reset your system. Emphasizing the idea of crowding out the foods with undesirable side effects with superfoods, (those foods which pack a nutritional punch).
Programs are offered seasonally so you learn to use foods that are at their peak of freshness and nutritional richness. Each plan provides you with recipes for 3 meals per day, plus snacks if desired- you will NOT go hungry!
